On Sunday, January 24, Pastor Dave announced at the end of the service that he is planning on retiring this summer (toward the end of June). He and Ruth will then be moving to Oregon to be near their son Ben's family.

The consistory will soon be working through what needs to happen in looking for a new pastor. One of the steps will be appointing a Search Committee.
